Biochemical medical instrument filters are key components applied in biomedical and life science instruments, mainly used to separate and select the characteristic spectral bands of excitation light and emission fluorescence of substances in biomedical fluorescence inspection and analysis systems.

Usually, the cut-off depth of the filter is required to be above OD5.

The typical characteristics of biochemical medical instrument filters are deep cutoff depth, low spontaneous fluorescence, and the requirement for good transmission surface shape, which is conducive to the extraction of fluorescence imaging.

For example, various medical analysis and testing instruments such as PCR machines, fluorescence immunoassay analyzers, and fluorescence microscopes all require fluorescence filters.

The fluorescence filter group is mainly used in fluorescence microscopes, divided into 6 bands and 12 groups. PCR filters mainly cover the following bands:

340nm, 380nm, 405nm, 414nm, 450nm, 480nm, 492nm, 505nm, 510m, 520nm, 535nm, 546nm, 550nm, 578nm, 589nm, 600nm, 610nm, 620nm, 630nm, 650nm, 670nm, 700nm, 750nm, 766nm, 800nm, etc.
